Organizing Notes
At UserBit, we're a strong believer in keeping the research space neat. Your qualitative data in notes & media section can be organized in two ways:
- Folders
- Participant Notes
Folders
When a new note is created, it is automatically an ungrouped file. You can organize this by moving the note to a new folder or attaching it to a participant. Move notes between folders within the settings of each note Move.
Participant Notes
UserBit allows you to easily track participant notes by allowing you to attach notes to participants. Once linked, the note assumes all the segment tags that belong to the person.
To attach a note to a person, select Link with Participant from the note’s menu. Choose from people categorized as Users and Stakeholders.
Once a participant is attached to a note, UserBit automatically creates a special folder for the participant to organize all notes that belong to them.
