Creating client portal posts from user personas
Aligning your team and stakeholders’ definition of your user is very important for effective product and design decisions. Personas help guide the path to creating the best product for your users. Let’s take a look at how to publish personas to the Client Portal and keep you, your team, and others on the same page.
Publishing personas to the portal
Find the persona you want to publish. From the persona menu, select Publish to Client Portal.
Before publishing, select or create a theme to organize your new portal post. Then, add a title and description to help your stakeholders understand why you’re sharing this particular persona.
Digging deeper
Stakeholders can click into a persona preview card to view details of that persona.
Persona insights
If there are insights attached to the persona, your stakeholders or clients can also click into and explore the insights to see all the relevant details the same way that they can explore an insight post.
