Creating client portal posts from journey maps

Sharing journey maps on the Client Portal provides stakeholders and teams with a deeper understanding about their users’ path through their product and their pain points.

You can share a journey map by publishing it directly to the Client Portal.

Publishing a journey map to the portal

Find the journey map you want to publish. From the journey map menu, select Publish to Client Portal.

Before publishing, select or create a theme to organize your new portal post. Then, add a title and description to help your stakeholders understand why you’re sharing this particular chart.

Digging deeper

Your stakehodlers or clients who have access to the portal, will be able to not only see the details of the journey map itself but also click on journey map’s persona to explore it in detail.

Journey map insights lane

If the journey map contains an insight lane, your stakeholders will also be able to view and explore the details of each insight.
