Welcome to the UserBit Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

1.1. To participate in the UserBit Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid and active website, social media account, or another online presence.

1.2. UserBit reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion for any reason.

2. Commission Structure

2.1. Commissions will only be paid for referrals who sign up and pay for UserBit services through the Affiliate's unique referral link.

2.2. Commission payments will be made within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. Affiliates must promote UserBit in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner. Misleading or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited.

3.2. Affiliates may not use their referral link for self-referrals, including creating fake accounts, or engage in fraudulent activities to generate commissions.

3.3. Affiliates must not use UserBit's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials in a manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written consent from UserBit.

4. Program Restrictions

4.1. UserBit reserves the right to withhold or cancel any commission payments resulting from fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.

4.2. Affiliates may not engage in keyword bidding or pay-per-click advertising using UserBit's brand name or any variations thereof.

4.3. Affiliates are prohibited from promoting UserBit through unsolicited emails (spam), unauthorized telemarketing, or other intrusive methods.

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2. Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be eligible to earn commissions on new referrals. However, commissions on existing referrals will be paid out according to the terms specified in Section 2.

5.3. UserBit reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate's participation in the program immediately if they are found in violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. UserBit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program.

6.2. UserBit’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under this agreement.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1. UserBit reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
