If you work with personas, you know how critical it is to base it on real research data. With this enhancement you can not only emphasise the evidence your persona is based on, but also group pain points, feature requests etc by personas.
When you share a persona that has insights attached to it, your stakeholders will be able to see the details of the insights along with the personas.
Journey Map Insights
Are you ready to supercharge your journey maps? If you ever wanted to add tags, participants, highlights or other data from your repository to your journey maps, rejoice! You can now add any data from your repository into your journey map via insights
When you share journey maps, your stakeholders can view individual insights and details by clicking on them.
