Get real-time feedback on client portal posts
Client portal now allows you to seemlessly communicate with your stakeholders.
Stakeholders can leave comments on any of the posts and you'll be notified via in-app notification as well as email (depending on your preference).
You can even create multiple threads on the same post.
On the theme level, number of comments and views can be seen under each post.
This powerful addition will not only allow you to share your insights and deliverables the easy way, but also allow for feedback and communication to happen in context.
Due to the increased infrastructure requirements for real-time comments, this feature is only available on the paid plans.
